Network Support Engineer
We’re looking for a hands-on Network Support Engineer to help manage and maintain client network infrastructure — switches, routers, firewalls, and structured cabling — while providing responsive onsite and remote support under our AMC engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware across client sites
- Monitor network performance and resolve incidents within SLA timelines
- Document network configurations and maintenance activities
- Support cybersecurity best practices across client environments
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CCNA certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills across routing, switching, and firewalls
- Willingness to travel to client sites within Chennai
Cloud & Microsoft 365 Administrator
We’re seeking a Cloud & Microsoft 365 Administrator to lead M365 governance, migrations, and automation projects for our growing client base — a great fit for someone passionate about secure, well-managed cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Microsoft 365 tenants — licensing, security, and governance policies
- Lead email, Teams, and SharePoint migrations for client organizations
- Implement conditional access, MFA, and compliance configurations
- Identify automation opportunities using Power Automate and scripting
Requirements
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (or equivalent experience)
- Hands-on experience with Azure AD, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online
- Strong understanding of M365 security and compliance features
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
